The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. The highlight was the terrace upstairs, where we could relax and enjoy the sun.

The thin walls in the rooms were a downside, as we could hear every movement from people using the stairs. This often disrupted our sleep, especially since many guests returned late at night, creating noise.

We felt at home in nice Craft. Don Julio, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel.

The staff was very nice and the location was great. Very cute hotel, would stay there again!

We recently had a lovely romantic escape in a hotel located in an ideal position. the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome. the spacious and comfortable rooms were perfect for us to relax in. the well-positioned terrace upstairs was a great sun trap.

We could hear people going up and down the stairs which disturbed our sleep, especially since we usually go to bed early.

This place is fantastic! The location is amazing, and I felt so comfortable here. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help me. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. It was so nice to relax on the terrace upstairs and soak up the sun.

Families should definitely consider this place.

The bed was too soft and the rooms were very noisy, On the second floor I could hear the check in/ check out procedures and all the up and down on the stairs...

Craft Hotel is a very well located hotel right at the centre of Palermo's night life and boutiques. The staff is professional and nice. The roof top terrace is a great place to start the day.

The rooms had very thin walls so we could hear every time someone came up or down the stairs, and so we were interrupted in our sleep a lot which wasn't great. It didn't help that we crashed out about 11pm, and I think the norm is for people to be out until the early hours of the morning and so when they came back it was pretty noisy with the stairs.
